Mood Foods

Ever heard the expression “you are what you eat”? Well, it’s true! Certain foods can actually exacerbate pre-existing mental and behavioral conditions such as ADHD, Bi-polar, OCD and depression. Likewise, certain foods can enhance your moods and here at ROP we distinguish the difference by calling those foods “Happy Foods”. Learning to eat for your brain is a big part of the education our kids receive while at camp.
