Mentorship Program


We offer an Rites of Passage NW Wilderness Therapy wilderness therapy mentorship program to our alumni. There is nothing more rewarding than teaching and leading others through adversity in the wilderness. Our graduates who are adventure-minded guide new students through their first few weeks and help them transition into life in the Rites of Passage NW Wilderness Therapy family. Wilderness by its nature is challenging and is the perfect environment to develop the skills for success.We combine the high-paced wilderness activities with our Youth Development Leadership Curriculum. Teaching is the ultimate lesson in learning. This curriculum cements the lessons learned from previous experience and reinforces the values and principles taught at Rites of Passage NW Wilderness Therapy.

Rites of Passage NW Wilderness Therapy provides expedition-based wilderness therapy programs for troubled adults, youth, teens and children who are struggling with a wide array of disorders and behavioral concerns. These wilderness therapy and long term care programs are designed to treat children, young adults and adults over 30 with issues such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder - ODD, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder - ADHD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, mood disorders, substance abuse, drug abuse, obesity health and wellness, etc. Rites of Passage offers camps for troubled youth, programs for troubled young adults, long term drug treatment programs, long term drug addiction programs, long term alcohol rehab treatment center, summer weight loss camp for teens, weight loss camp for teens, weight loss programs for kids, wilderness therapy, wilderness therapy programs, and more. We are proud to have helped people from all over the United States and internationally including California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Europe and Canada.
