Andrew Tromey, Wilderness Therapy Field Instructor

Andrew Tromey has his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is working towards his Master’s in Wilderness Therapy at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. He loves to be outside and loves to share that passion with others. He has been a wilderness instructor for troubled teenagers in Colorado, a wilderness guide, an outdoor wilderness educator, a snowboard instructor, and a camp counselor in the past years. Andrew is certified in CPR and in Wilderness First Aid. A few of his favorite things include rock climbing, snowboarding, traveling, Hiking in the wilderness,connecting with people, listening to and creating music, and eating ice cream. Andrew has a positive attitude towards life, and a love for our natural world that he hopes to share with as many people as possible. Andrew brings a great deal of FUN into the wilderness therapy trek experience and his positive mood is contagious.
