In the Rites of Passage Ranch Long Term Care Program, residents will learn how to re-enter the community. This is an essential part of our program to learn how to cope with the real world. During their stay some residents will work full or part time jobs. There are opportunities for community events, yard work, service jobs and much more. Other residents do volunteer work such as working at the food bank, tutoring, or sharing their stories with local residents.
We work with each resident to find work or volunteer interests that appeal to them as an individual. We have established some community relations for these opportunities but encourage each resident to follow their own interests and we help support them in that endeavor.
