Long Term Drug Addiction Program in the NW

Long Term Drug Addiction Program in the NW

It can be incredibly heartbreaking for a parent to watch their child go through hard times. When those hard times include alcohol and drug abuse, parents may not know where to turn to help their troubled teen. A school guidance counselor might be a great start and a useful tool, and some teens do respond well to weekly therapy. Other teens may just be experimenting and quickly pass through a phase. Other teens may require more intervention to help them overcome drug and alcohol addiction. Here at Rites of Passage NW, we have a long term drug addiction program in the NW to do just that, and to help troubled teens rediscover a new life in sobriety.

Long Term Drug Addiction Program in the NW

Part of what makes our programs so special is the combination of conventional therapies and unique therapies. Here at Rites of Passage NW, teens will take part in individual counseling as well as group therapy with their peers, but also get to be a part of exciting adventures, such as equine therapy, rites of passage therapy, wilderness therapy, and much more. By rediscovering nature, teens can often rediscover themselves.

Our students also learn about accountability and responsibility while here, and are expected to take part in daily chores. Our students are also expected to volunteer in the community, and will learn how to be a part of a team. Teens will also learn how to introspect by journal writing, and are expected to find gainful employment after completing our program.
